Our Wedding

Our journey to June 2026 began a full year before our official announcement. Steven had a private dinner with my parents to ask for my hand. He shared his intentions and showed them the heirloom ring his mother, Staci, had personally passed down to me, a moment of joy and appreciation for family and tradition that we will always treasure.We spent the following year in a private space for grief, navigating the heartbreak of losing both Staci and my Grandma Georgia. During those difficult months, we leaned into each other and held onto a final piece of advice Grandma gave us: Get married first! Everything else will fall into place.True to her word, it did. Last December, during a walk by the water at dusk, Steven asked if I wanted a grand production of an engagement or to finally see my ring right then and there.Once our date was set, we finally shared the news with our families on Christmas Day 2025. We find immense gratitude in knowing that Staci and Grandma Georgia were the very first to be made aware, and we know they’ll be cheering us on from the front row in spirit this June at The Claridge.

All Guests:All reservations must be guaranteed by deposit in the amount of the first night room and tax, which will be processed at the time of booking. Upon check in a $100 refundable damages fee will be collected plus an additional $18 non-refundable resort fee. Cancellations prior to 48 hours to check in is refundable. Reservations that are canceled after 4 PM two (2) day arrival (48 hours) will result in one nights room and tax charge being forfeited. Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date (30 days out from Wedding date) are on a space availability basis at the then-current rack rate. FREE Rail Terminal Shuttle ServicesIf you're coming to Atlantic City by rail, we'll be there to pick you up! AC Jitney provides complimentary shuttle service from the Rail Terminal to all Atlantic City casinos, the bus station (under special or emergency circumstances), and back to the Rail Terminal. Upon your arrival, simply exit the station outside and go downstairs, and board one of our three complimentary shuttles. This service&nbsp;only&nbsp;runs accordingly to NJTransit's arrival and departure times,&nbsp;not at any other time in-between. Wedding Party — How to Get Measured To ensure your suit or dress fits perfectly, please submit your measurements by April 13, 2026. Option A (Professional): Visit a local tailor or dress shop (e.g., Men’s Wearhouse, David’s Bridal, or a local dry cleaners). Most provide a full set of measurements for a small fee ($10–$20) and are recommended for the best fit. Option B (At-Home): Use the Men’s/Women’s Measurement Guide below with a friend and a soft measuring tape. Submission: Email your measurements to the wedding account (or text Tori or Steven) once ready. Wedding MorningGroomsmen will report to the Groomsmen Lounge to put the finishing touches on their looks before photos, and bridesmaids will report to the Bridal Room for hair and makeup at 9:45 AM. You may leave your suit/dress in these respective “prep/lounge” rooms for steaming the night before. Our videographer and photographer will be documenting the “get ready” process for the big event, and party photos will be at various locations in the hotel/surrounding areas- so please be ready to start early!

Groomsmen Checklist Suit &amp; Tie &amp; Pocket Square: After your measurements are confirmed, your order will ship directly to you! Please try on immediately upon arrival to check for measurement errors or additional tailoring needed! Please do not wait until the week of to try on your suit. Orders can be exchanged and modified so long as it’s within the 4-6 week production time. Do NOT let the 1 or 2 weeks before the wedding (or the wedding day itself) be the first time you try on your suit! Please Bring: Shirts: Two (2) black button-up dress shirts (one for the ceremony, one as a backup). Socks: Two (2) pairs of plain black dress socks Belt: One classic black/brown leather belt. Shoes: Black/Brown dress shoes (polished and shined). Grooming: Personal hair products, shaving supplies, and deodorant. Essentials: Personal lint roller and a travel steamer (if available).

Bridesmaid Checklist Attire: Please ensure your dress is a perfect fit as soon as it arrives! Additional tailoring may take up to a few weeks. Footwear: Formal dress shoes that complement a Burgandy/Deep Wine dress (Black, Gold, or Nude or Red are all great choices). Azazie and Amazon are budget friendly, and Tori has some great links! Hair &amp; Makeup: * 2-3 reference photos for the stylists.Pro-tip: Choose "Inspo" photos featuring models with a similar hair color to yours for the best results! Note, your Bridal Gift includes an optional aesthetic deco crystal headband from Tori, so try for “hairstyles with headband” for Google search terms! Undergarments: Shapewear and stockings are optional. A strapless bra is recommended! (Contact Tori for budget Amazon Picks!) Prep: Please arrive with "day-old" hair (washed the night before) and a clean, moisturized face. We are getting ready in the Bridal Room on the 7th floor the morning of the wedding. This room is being opened the night before, so that you may leave your dress/shoes, etc. next to the wedding dress in the room so it can be steamed and kept pristine. In order to ensure everyone looks beautiful AND stays on track for photos, our photographer has suggested that all bridesmaids be ready and in the bridal room by 9:30 AM to start prep! Emergency Kit: Safety pins, your preferred touch-up lipstick, and a lint roller.

Dress Code

While The Claridge is not a casino, Ballys is! Indoor Connection:&nbsp;The 2nd-floor walkway connecting The Claridge to Bally’s is wheelchair accessible. While some areas near the connection have short escalators, accessible routes with&nbsp;ramps or elevators are available to bypass them.

Located on-site and open to all wedding guests, enjoy sunset (approx 8:30 pm on June 20th, 2026) at the rooftop lounge with cigars and coffee. 🌅

The VÜE Rooftop Bar

Head to the hotel's connection point with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.google.com/viewer/place?mid=/g/11_8_zq22&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwisnIGFgYCTAxUNLVkFHdj8BpYQqdYPegYIAQgDEAI" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Bally's Atlantic City</a> (the hotels are physically next to each other). Walking through the Ballys casino is the most direct path, typically taking about&nbsp;2–3 minutes&nbsp;to reach the Boardwalk. Once you step onto the Boardwalk, the beach is directly in front of you. Access is free, and no beach tags are required

Atlantic City Boardwalk/Ocean 

Getting to Steel Pier: For our wedding party events/videography taking place at Steel Pier, the most convenient way to travel from The Claridge is the&nbsp;Boardwalk Tram. You can catch the tram directly on the Boardwalk behind the hotel for a scenic 5-minute ride ($10 per person round trip. Bride and groom will try to have extra 5’s on hand for wedding party night out.) If you prefer a stroll, it is a roughly 15-20 minute walk north along the Boardwalk.

Things to Do

Due to pre-existing health conditions in some of our guests (as well as the indoors location) we have to ask anyone who feels ill or may be experiencing cold or flu symptoms (or has been in contact with them) within 48-24 hours of the event to please stay home or at their place of lodging. &lt;3 We’ll do our best to ensure you receive any wedding favors meant for guests, and depending on location, we can arrange to have your dinner brought to you by staff. While we understand the inconvenience, we encourage guests to wear masks in public places approx 10 days before the event (especially if traveling from out of state!) This can ensure a stress-free &amp; mask-free evening for everyone, and no one will wake up a week later saying “Ugh, I think I caught something at Tori and Steve’s wedding!” Masks sent out with invitations are optional to wear before the date and highly recommended for those using public transport- however they are NOT required for the wedding day. 💕🙏
